Safety Program

Baker Rock Resources maintains an outstanding safety record – better than many of its industry peers. The safety program at Baker Rock Resources provides training in all areas of the business, and holds employees accountable to one another for adhering to safe practices. The company dedicated a fulltime staff member to continuously develop its safety and training programs.

All employees attend regularly scheduled safety meetings, and managers and supervisors meet quarterly to compare performance and challenge one another to improve where safety is concerned.
